The client can choose one of the available payment methods depending on the region:
Delivery is carried out by external, independent and professional carriers: DHL Express, DHL Parcel, UPS.
Shipping costs are paid by the Customer in accordance with the price
indicated at the time of Checkout, unless free shipping applies.
Shipping costs are added to the total cost of the ordered Products.
If Goods are being ordered from outside of the European Union, import duties and taxes or any additional fees may apply, and be charged against and borne by the Customer. For customers from the UK, all orders up to 150 euros are subject to European VAT, no import taxes are applied. Above this amount, European VAT is not applicable, but taxes have to be paid in accordance with local legislation.
The goods are shipped to the address specified by the Customer. In the event of delivery problems, PremiumCare will contact the Customer immediately.
Delivery time varies depending on the country of delivery.
If - before handing over the parcel to the Customer - the Carrier claims that it is damaged or incomplete, the Carrier and the Customer will determine the cause and follow the proper protocol with the facts regarding the defect. The same rule applies when the Customer declares that the package is damaged upon arrival.
The average delivery time of the Order is 2-7 business days without order processing and depends on the chosen delivery method.
