D-Panthenol Promotes the energy metabolism of skin cells as well as the rate of cell division. By penetrating into the deeper layers of the skin, more water is bound there and the skin's moisture content is increased. Witch Hazel Extract Has an anti-inflammatory, astringent and soothing effect.
