Haloxyl® breaks down pigment around the eye area, 19% improvement of dark circles in about 3 weeks. Clorella Vulgaris, Palmeria Palmata algaes rich in beta-carotene, Vitamin B15 and amino acids, stimulates production of collagen and strengthens skin’s tissue. Dermal Eye Repair
I have really sensitive skin around my eyes and some eye creams actually dry out the skin under my eyes causing more fine lines and wrinkles. This product does not do that as it is very light, moisturizing and nourishing. I’ve been using this about 2 months now. Will continue to use it.
