The Toxless complex, consisting of peptides and plant and mushroom extract, improves the skin’s own defences against the effects of harmful substances in the environment by increasing the activity of protein complexes which are responsible for preventing cell damage and malfunctions. The Toxless complex counters this effect: damage to the DNA is reduced and the peroxidation of lipids is prevented. A high-tech peptide stimulates the formation of new key elements for collagen formation in the extracellular matrix and DEJ (dermal-epidermal junction). The boswellic acids in the frankincense have an effect similar to cortisone.
