BHA acids, or beta-hydroxy acids, are fat-soluble substances. They effectively cleanse the skin and enhance its protective barrier, preventing contamination. Zinc oxide acts as an absorbent and anti-inflammatory component, reducing the activity of sebaceous glands, decreasing sebum production, softening the skin, and drying out inflammation.
